These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the BridgeVoice Interpreters training platform at bridgevoiceinterpreters.thinkific.com. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to enroll. By enrolling, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Course Access
Upon enrollment and payment, you receive a non-transferable license to access course content for individual, personal use. You may not share login credentials, reproduce course materials, resell course content, or distribute any course materials in any form.
Intellectual Property
All course content, including videos, slides, scripts, assessments, and supporting materials, is the proprietary property of BridgeVoice Interpreters. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
Certificates and Credentials
Certificates of completion are issued upon satisfaction of all course requirements. BVI does not guarantee that completion of any course will result in certification, employment, or credentialing by any external body. Learners are responsible for verifying current requirements with the applicable credentialing organization.
Refund Policy
Refund requests submitted within 7 days of the original enrollment date and prior to completion of more than 20% of course content will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be issued after 7 days or after the 20% completion threshold has been reached. To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your name, enrollment date, and reason for the request. All approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
Conduct
You agree not to engage in any conduct that disrupts the platform, violates applicable law, or infringes on the rights of BVI or other users.
Limitation of Liability
BVI's liability to you for any claim arising from use of this platform is limited to the amount you paid for the course in question.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
